Thanksgiving Fun at the Coast...

Our Thanksgiving fun started early in the day, as we all pitched in to make it fun for everybody.  Naturally, Rox did most of the work, in that she spends a ton of time on advance food preparation and planning.  This "behind the scenes" work done the previous day, always seems to miss getting photographed...

Here are some shots to give you the flavor of the day...

Bob got put to work early, peeling a whole bunch of potatoes...

We rounded out the guest list with Shell and Doug, both of whom had wives in the States for this holiday...

We immediately put extra hands to work...

With everybody lending a hand, we were able to get all goodies done at the same time, and delivered to a side table where we all passed everything around.  This is one of those days where calories don't count, so we all took a lot and had a great time, while we cleaned our plates...

Good food, good friends, mixed in with the sights and sounds of the surf--a recipe sure to make for a happy Thanksgiving...and it was certainly that!
